Payment Processing :Once we receive your order please allow 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order overseas we have to ensure all payments are successful prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled. After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Please note, your tracking number will update once USPS, FEDEX, UPS etc., has received the package and it is successfully processed through their system.

Shipping & Fulfillment :Most orders are processed in 3-6 days with an additional 5-6 days shipping depending on your location. We ship orders through third party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX & UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers is very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Cube Comp  and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left , and in the hands of the carrier we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.

Refund Policy 

At CUBE COMP , we take pride in providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds for items that are damaged or out of stock following purchase.

Damaged Items:

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will also require proof of purchase.

Out of Stock Items:

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a refund for the out-of-stock item.

Non-Refundable Items: 

Please note that certain items, such as Final sale items or items purchased with a discount code, are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective.
